Distances :

- Lady Sprint (only Female) 400 m. Swim + 8 km. Bike + 2.5 km Run

- Open Sprint (Female and Male) 400 m. Swim + 10 km. Bike + 5 km Run

Training at the venue available on Sat and Sun 07:00-10:00 am. fee 300 Baht (by appointment)

Limit : 50 competitors

Group :     Individual (Female and Male), no team relays

VDO :  VDO Clip

Race Start :  07:00 am

Course : Competitors must pass through each check point. Each competitor must navigate through the course individually by orienteering map.

- Lady Sprint (only Female) 400 m. Swim + 8 km. Bike + 2.5 km Run

• Open Water Swim 1 Lap in VSANO Adventure Lagoon, 1.2 to 1.5 meter in depth.
• Cycling 3 Laps on easy off-road bike track in VSANO Adventure.Hybrid bike, Touring bike, Mountain bike are recommended.  TT bike and road bike has been using on this track by Pro athletes.
• Run 1 lap easy trail with little slope

- Open Sprint (Female and Male) 400 m. Swim + 10 km. Bike + 5 km Run

• Open Water Swim Swim 1 Lap in VSANO Adventure Lagoon, 1.2 to 1.5 meter in depth.
• Cycling 4 Laps on easy off-road bike track in VSANO Adventure.Hybrid bike, Touring bike, Mountain bike are recommended.  TT bike and road bike as been using on this track by Pro athletes.
• Run 2 laps easy trail with little slope

Entry fee :

• First 20 entry THB 890.-
• General entry THB 1,200.-
• No Race day entry

Prize :

- Top 20 Lady Sprint and Open Sprint from races on 12 Jan and 9 Feb 2019 will be qualified to Championship on 16 Feb 2019

- 1st-3rd place winner trophy for both distances.

Remarks :

• All competitors must wear bicycle helmet during cycling.
• Competitors must pass through each check point. Each competitor must navigate through the course individually by orienteering map.
• Transfers are not available for this event.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Cut off time 65 mins (individual net time, both distances) : Swim 15 min, Bike 30 min, Run 20 min
• All prices are included food and drink.
• Non drafting race.
